## Summary

Lottery Innovation Summit (LIS) is not a traditional conference. Lotteries bring real gaming and operations problems. Teams build working solutions on their own timeline. On presentation day they show a live demo of real working product — not a slide deck — with independent judging.

Inaugural summit: Martha's Vineyard, April 4–6, 2028 (arrival night with intros and dinner, then two program days).
